Room check-in is guaranteed from 3:30 pm. Earlier check-in is possible depending on room availability.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. We ask our seminar guests to check out by 09:30 at the latest. Later departures can be guaranteed according to availability and are subject to an additional charge.
You can leave your luggage at the hotel before checking into your room on arrival or after check-out on the day of departure.
Outdoor parking spaces and a parking garage are available for our guests. The parking spaces do not need to be reserved in advance. We are happy to park your vehicle on request. We charge CHF 10.00 per night, from the 4th night you park for free.

The infinity pool, whirlpool, and Kneipp walk are accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The saunas, hammam, and steam bath are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the fitness center is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bathrobe and slippers are provided free of charge during your stay, they can be found in the closet of your room.
The wellness facility can be used by our hotel guests before check-in from 13:30 and after check-out until 13:00. Register at the hotel reception.
Our wellness facilities are open to external guests from Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Yes, children have access to the general wellness area with infinity pool and whirlpool. Please note, however, that we do not supervise bathing - the responsibility lies with the parents or an accompanying adult.
However, out of consideration for peace and privacy, access to the sauna area is only permitted from the age of 16 . The sauna area is also a textile-free zone.
The Belvédère Strandhotel is situated in a slightly elevated position with a beautiful view of Lake Thun. Lake Thun is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel's own beach is located below the hotel complex and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (steps).
The beach is only accessible to hotel guests.
Lunch is served from 12:00 - 14:00 (13:30 last order) in the Captain's Bar. Afterwards, you can choose small snacks from the bar menu or cakes from the display case.
You can enjoy your dinner in the restaurant or on the terrace from 18:15 - 22:00 (last order 21:00).
Yes, you can book half board at the Belvédère Strandhotel for CHF 75.00 per person/night. Please note that we accept reservations until 6 p.m. the day before.

The Captain's Bar is open from 10:30 a.m. to midnight (last food orders at 10 p.m.). We serve lunch from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Yes, you will find numerous walking paths, meadows and opportunities to run around our hotel. Information on dog-friendly routes and excursions is available around the clock in our digital guest folder. Our reception team will also be happy to assist you directly on site.
For dogs we charge a flat rate of CHF 30.00 per dog and per day (without food). This price includes a cozy blanket, a comfortable dog bed with blanket, welcome treats as well as food and water bowls in the room.
Yes, your dog may stay in the room alone. In this case, please hang the wooden sign "Psst..." side on the hotel door - this way our team will know and we will not enter the room. If you prefer, you can of course also inform the reception team. We recommend that you only leave dogs alone if they are used to it.
Yes, dogs are welcome both in the hotel and in the restaurant. During breakfast, we ask you to leave your four-legged friend at the table when you make your way to the breakfast buffet.

Interlaken is only around 30 minutes away by train or car and offers numerous excursion possibilities.
