Our Swiss stone pine barrel sauna is located in the hotel garden and combines soothing warmth with a view of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains.
Relax your entire body and enjoy the many underwater, shoulder and neck massage jets - as well as the counter current system of our state-of-the-art whirlpool.
The Kneipp walk complements the wellness area with soothing alternating stimuli and stimulates blood circulation through the alternation of warm and cold.
The classic dry sauna at 85 °C features an aromatic infusion that can be adjusted to your preference. The relative humidity ranges from 5 to 10 percent.
The bio sauna combines the pleasant warmth of a sauna with higher humidity. Temperatures between 40 and 60 °C and a relative humidity of 45 to 60% promote particularly gentle sweating.
Our hammam is an aromatic steam and inhalation bath maintained at 45 °C and 60% relative humidity. The moist heat creates a soothing atmosphere that promotes relaxation.
In the floral steam room, you'll find a temperature of 48 °C and 100% relative humidity. The warm, humid atmosphere invites you to unwind in peace.
